OPINION
LYDON, Judge:
In this case, plaintiff challenges the validity of the amount of indemnification he received after the destruction of his dairy cattle, some of which were infected with tuberculosis caused by Mycobaterium bo-vis. Pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 114a (1982) the United States Department of Agriculture in requisite coordination with the State of Mississippi inspected plaintiff’s herd and discovered tuberculosis.
