Plaintiff is the lessee of a lot of ground fronting 50 feet east and west on Union street in the city of Minden, La., and has operated thereon for over eight years a garage, gasoline sales and filling station. The garage and salesrooms are under one roof, and sit back from the street line about 28 feet.
