MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
Lesa Davis appeals the district court’s 1 grant of summary judgment in favor of KARK-TV on her claims of race discrimination and retaliation under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, and the Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993 (“ACRA”), Ark.Code. Ann. §§ 16-123-101 et. seq. We affirm.
