Before the Court is the issue of whether Cadies of Grassy Meadows II, L.L.C. (“Plaintiff’), has satisfied its evidentiary burden in seeking to deny the discharge of Jeffrey St. Clair (“Mr.St.Clair”) and Cathleen St. Clair (“Ms.St.Clair”) (collectively “Debtors”). Debtors were the subject of Rule 2004 subpoenas directing them to produce documents to Plaintiff and appear at an examination.
