Kailash Gobindram (“Gobindram,” “appellant,” or “debtor”) appeals from an order entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (the “Bankruptcy Court”) in an underlying bankruptcy proceeding. After trial and in an opinion dated June 20, 2014 (hereinafter the “June 20 Order” or “Bankr.Ct. Op.”), the Honorable Robert E.
