(after stating the facts as above). The law applicable is sufficiently stated in The Binghamton (C. C. A.) 271 Fed. 69, 71 viz.: It is the duty of the privileged vessel to keep her course and speed until a departure is necessary to avoid immediate danger; while the burdened vessel, when on a crossing course, “so as to involve risk of collision,” shall keep out of the way of the other.
