KINGSLEY, J.

Defendant was convicted in the Municipal Court of the Los Angeles Judicial District of a violation of subdivision (1) of section 314 of the Penal Code (exhibitionism). It appears from the record that the victim was a girl under the age of 14. The municipal court certified defendant to the superior court for proceedings under the Mentally Disordered Sex Offender Act. Two psychiatrists were appointed; they filed reports stating that he was a mentally disordered sex offender but expressing doubts as to his benefiting from treatment in a state hospital.
