Plaintiff Arbuckle Broadcasters, Inc. (Ar-buckle) brought the above styled and numbered action against Defendant Rockwell International Corporation (Rockwell), alleging breach of warranties and deceptive trade practices prohibited by the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), Tex.Bus. & Com.Code § 17.41 et seq.
