In this case the defendant in error seeks to recover from ulaintiff in error for receiving usurious interest. Hereinafter parties will be named as they were in the trial court. The case was trial upon an amended petition, which averred payment at divers times of usurious interest amounting in the aggregate to $144, and prayed judgment for double the amount thereof, interest, and attorney’s fees.
