John A. Kramer (defendant) seeks review of a decision of the court of appeals which affirmed a judgment entered by the circuit court for Juneau county, the Honorable Byron B. Conway presiding, convicting Kramer of speeding in violation of sec. 346.57 (4) (h), Stats.
Kramer was arrested for speeding on April 15, 1979, at 6:55 p.m. while traveling northbound on State Trunk Highway 80 in Juneau county.
