Hall, herein for convenience designated as plaintiff, now deceased, and for whom the executors of his will have been here substituted as defendants in error, purchased from the Bankers Trust Company, defendant, farm loan notes of the face value of $2,000 of an issue of $75,000, executed by the Park Range Live Stock Company, and which were secured by first mortgage upon certain of its real estate located in Moffat and Routt counties, known as Three Forks and Willow Creek ranches.
