ANDERSON, Circuit Judge.

Murby was convicted of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor fit for beverage purposes, in vio*850lation of the National' Prohibition Act (41 Stat. 305)’. The errors assigned grew out of search warrant proceedings. The warrant and the return thereon are as follows:
