This proceeding is before the Court bn motion of the alleged bankrupt, Louis Mann, to dismiss- the petition for his adjudication brought by three of his creditors, all banks, namely, The Oil City National Bank, Oil City, Pennsylvania, the City Bank & Trust Company, Reading, Pennsylvania, and The First Trust & Savings Bank, Zanesville, Ohio, the motion being based upon alleged failure of 'the petitioners’ allegations as to indebtedness to meet the requirements of the Bankruptcy Act.
