This case arises from a specialty cruise and motorcycle accident during an excursion on St. Maarten Island. John Kadylak sued the excursion provider, the cruise line, and one of the cruise line’s employees, Sergey Denysov. The excursion provider, Entertainment & Travel Alternatives, Inc.
