On December 24, 1990, plaintiff Office Mates 5, North Shore, Inc., an office support personnel placement agency, filed suit against defendants Anne Hazen (Hazen) and Deborah Greenberg (Greenberg), two of its previous employees, and defendant Premier Personnel, Inc.
