Former law school student, plaintiff-appellant Dianne Marlon, appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Western New England College (“College”), in her action alleging failure to provide reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794, and the Massachusetts Equal Rights Act, Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93, § 103.
