EXPERT TESTIMONY AND MOTION TO EXCLUDE NON-RELEVANTEVIDENCE

Respondent Narragansett Bay Commission ("NBC") has brought two motions before this Court: a motion in limine to preclude expert testimony and a motion to exclude non-relevant evidence. In essence, NBC seeks an order to exclude the proposed testimony of Webster A. Collins, an expert witness for Petitioner Davol Square Jewelry Mart, LLC ("Davol Square").
