¶1 Robert Burke appeals from an order affirming a family court commissioner decision to impute approximately $13,400 in monthly income to him for the purpose of modifying his child support obligation. Robert, although represented on appeal, presents a litany of assertions that are oftentimes difficult to decipher. We perceive his arguments to be that the circuit court erred in two ways related to the child support order: (1) by imputing income to him without sufficient evidence; and (2) by frustrating Robert's efforts to present "evidence" regarding his income and the income of his former…
