This petition involves a review of a Report and Order entered by the Public Service Commission of Utah, hereinafter referred to as Commission, on May 15, 1973, requiring The Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company, hereinafter referred to as Mountain Bell, to provide extended area telephone service within certain areas of Utah County.
