—Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Juviler, J.), dated March 30, 1999, which granted the defendant’s motion to set aside a jury verdict convicting him of murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and ordered a new trial.

Ordered that the order is affirmed.
