1Opinion of the Court

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Neaiy, J.), rendered March 26, 2008, convicting him of murder in the second degree (four counts), kidnapping in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, burglary in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
