{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Ottie Philpott appeals from the trial court’s judgment which classified him as a sexual predator. For the reasons below, we affirm.

{¶ 2} On October 25, 1984, Philpott pled guilty to aggravated burglary with gun and aggravated felony specifications and attempted rape with a gun specification. The charges were based on Philpott’s attempted rape of a twenty-eight-year-old female during the course of a burglary.
