OPINION

The issue before the Court is whether the Debtor may claim an exemption in life insurance proceeds payable to her upon the death of her live-in boyfriend.

The Debtor, Mary Ann Dry, filed a petition pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on April 17, 2006.
