Louis Apostal, the supervised administrator of the estate of Flavio Ramos, and Delphina Lopez, as mother and next friend of Patricia Ramos and Braulio Ramos (Apostai), appeal the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Spiegel, Inc. (Spiegel).
