Andy Lucas met with an accident on October 22, 1931, while in the course of his employment with Haas Ooal Company. An open agreement for total disability was entered into and approved by the Workmen’s Compensation Board. On February 1, 1932, the defendant presented a petition for review and on March 10, 1932, Lucas died, before the petition for review was heard. Thereafter Catherine Lucas, his widow, presented a petition for compensation on account of her husband’s death.
