HOLMES, Circuit Judge.
This is an action, under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, to set aside an award for the death of a stevedore. The decedent suffered an acute heart attack while in the employ of Southern Stevedoring Co., Inc. The appellants contend that there is no substantial evidence to support the deputy commissioner’s findings that the death of the decedent was hastened as the result of his climbing a thirty-foot perpendicular ladder soon after an attack of coronary thrombosis.
