This is an application for an original writ of habeas corpus filed in this court. There appears nothing before the court upon which any judgment may be predicated. The application alleges that relator is illegally restrained by the constable of precinct No. 1 of Dallas County, by virtue of a certain warrant of arrest, a copy of which is alleged to be attached. An inspection of said alleged copy shows there is no return of any officer thereon.
