MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER RE INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

THIS IS a Chapter 11 case, and the matter under consideration is the right of Chick Smith Ford, Inc., (Debtor) to the reliefs sought against Ford Motor Company, Inc., (FMC) and Ford Motor Credit Corporation (FMCrC).
The procedural posture of this matter is somewhat confusing because the Debtor filed two separate complaints on two separate dates in which it sought various and sundry reliefs, including injunctive reliefs. The reliefs sought in each of the Complaints are partially overlapping. In the first, the…
