The Defendant, Rachel Marie Green, appeals as of right pursuant to Rule 3 of the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure. She was convicted by a Davidson County jury of facilitation of second degree murder and facilitation of attempted second degree murder. 1 The trial court sentenced her as a Range I standard offender to concurrent terms of ten years imprisonment for facilitation of second degree murder and five years imprisonment for facilitation of attempted second degree murder.
