This is an appeal from a decision of the defendant Secretary denying plaintiff’s application for disability insurance benefits. On March 17, 1966, the plaintiff, Floyd B. Kirkes, a resident of Hot Springs, Arkansas, filed his application for disability insurance benefits as provided for in 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416 and 423, alleging that he became unable to engage in substantial gainful activity on February 15,1965, because of osteomyelitis and psoriasis.
