In this action plaintiff, Mrs. Jewel Jones, seeks review of a decision of the defendant Secretary denying disability benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. Sec. 401 et seq., as amended. Plaintiff’s application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits was filed on October 10, 1963. Her application was denied by the Division *58of Disability Operations, Social Security Administration, Department of Health, Education and Welfare.
