—Appeal from a judgment of Supreme Court, Niagara County (Fricano, J.), *948entered October 3, 2001, upon a jury verdict rendered in favor of defendants.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.

Memorandum: We reject plaintiffs contention that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence (see Lolik v Big V Supermarkets, 86 NY2d 744, 746; Saggese v Madison Mut. Ins. Co., 294 AD2d 900).
