*812Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Soden, J.), entered July 31, 1980 in Franklin County, which granted summary judgment in favor of defendant dismissing the complaint. This action was commenced to recover damages for the alleged malpractice of defendant Robinson in his capacity as attorney for plaintiffs who were sued in 14 separate lawsuits to recover property damage sustained in a fire in a garage.
