This is a motion for an order pursuant to CPLR 3211 (subd [a], pars 1, 5) dismissing a complaint in a legal malpractice action. The motion is denied.
On or about July 3, 1976 the plaintiffs are alleged to have sustained personal injuries as a result of an automobile accident involving the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (Corporation) and the Town of Brookhaven (Town).
