Quality Pac Food Corp., Inc. was an unincorporated entity engaged in the meat packing business. On December 10, 1982, it was leased to DMM Joint Venture by Robert Harrison and John Treviso. An option to purchase was granted by Harrison and Treviso to DMM on December 15, 1982. DMM was ostensibly formed by three corporations. Each corporation signed by its president, Dennis Sallomi, L.H.
