Carl Alessandro (Claimant) petitions for review from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) suspending his benefits. We affirm.

Claimant sustained an injury to his cervical spine in the course and scope of his employment as a machinist on October 24, 2005. Claimant subsequently received payments of workers’ compensation benefits based on an average weekly wage (AWW) of $841.29.
