On June i, 1911, the plaintiffs in error filed their bill in the circuit court of Cook county to contest the will of Francis Yott, deceased. They were nineteen in number and alleged that they were heirs-at-law of Francis Yott, and they made the remaining heirs-at-law, the legatees, devisees and executrix, defendants. A summons was issued to the sheriff of Cook county against all the defendants, which was returned on June 5, 1911, served on one of them, the others not found.
