This action was brought by Martina G. Barzen against H. A. Kepler to recover for personal injuries sustained in a motor-vehicle accident which occurred on December 11, 1925, on *649the Victory highway near the town of Tonganoxie. Upon a trial before a jury a verdict in favor of plaintiff was returned in which she was awarded damages in the sum of $2,000. Defendant appeals.
