Reversing.

This is an action by the Commonwealth against the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company to escheat numerous parcels of land on the ground that they were held contrary to section 192 of the Constitution, providing that no corporation shall “hold any real estate except such as may be proper or necessary for carrying- on its legitimate business for a longer period than five years,, under penalty of escheat.” Several of the tracts are town lots located in the city of Shelbyville.
