Reversing.

This is an appeal in a condemnation proceeding. The appellant claimed $215,000 damages. The jury awarded it $49,590, and it has appealed. About the year 1921, the Producers’ Wood Preserving Company was organized for the purpose of erecting and operating a creosoting plant, and for that purpose it purchased 170 acres of land adjacent to the city of Louisville, which cost it about $500 per acre.
