Appeal from the Chancery Court of Marengo. Heard before the Hon. Thomas Cobbs. The bill in this case was filed on the 7th August, 1883, by William B. Glass, against his late guardian, Williamson Glass; and sought relief against a decree rendered by the Probate Court of Marengo, on the 14th January, 1878, which purported to be on final settlement of said guardian’s accounts. 1Opinion of the CourtStone, C. J.
— Williamson Glass, as guardian of William B. and Samuel G. Glass, came to a settlement of his said *370guardianship in Marengo Probate Court. The wards were then minors, as is shown by recitals in the decree, confirmed by the fact that Levi W. Reeves was appointed and acted for them as their guardian ad litem in making the settlement. If they had not been minors, as the record affirms they were, they could not have been represented by a guardian ad litem.
