This is an action for declaratory judgment to determine which of two insurance policies has primary coverage for liability arising out of an automobile accident. The accident occurred on March 23, 1968, between an automobile *52owned by the defendant Plaza Lincoln-Mercury, Inc. (Plaza) and driven by the defendant Michael J.
