This Adversary proceeding relates to the proceeding filed by Therese A. Cleary (“Cleary” or “Debtor”) under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., on January 29, 1996 (“Petition Date”). Cleary filed the present Adversary Complaint on May 17,1996, seeking a determination and declaration of the dischargeability of her federal tax liabilities for the years 1988, 1989,1990, and 1991.
