On January 12, 2006, Varoujan Deirmen-jian and six other plaintiffs commenced this putative class action in Los Angeles Superior Court against Deutsche Bank, A.G., Dresdner Bank, A.G., and certain fictitious defendants (collectively, “defendants” or “German Bank Defendants”).
