This is a motion to punish the defendants herein for contempt. It appears by the moving papers that the judgment creditor herein recovered a judgment against the defendants on March 8, 1906, in the Municipal Court of this city for $215. A transcript of such judgment *375was filed in the county clerk’s office of this county on March 14, 190G, and thereafter an execution was duly issued against the property of said debtors which was returned partially unsatisfied.
