BRORBY, Circuit Judge.
In this appeal we are faced with a question which, when stated, answers itself: Does this court have jurisdiction on appeal absent a *862notice of appeal? The district court dismissed the appeal from a bankruptcy court order for lack of jurisdiction 139 B.R. 543. We affirm.
The facts are simple when stripped of allegations involving all of the debtor’s manifold and litigious business dealings.
