OPINION
McFEELEY, Chief Judge.
Ronald K. Mason (“Mason”), an unsecured creditor of Francis Arthur Young, III (“Young”), appeals two orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma (“bankruptcy court”). We consolidate these two appeals for the purpose of this decision.
First, Mason appeals the bankruptcy court’s Order on Confirmation of Amended Chapter 13 Plan (“Confirmation Order”). Mason alleges that the bankruptcy court erroneously confirmed Young’s Second Amended Chapter 13 Plan for the following reasons: 1) Young cannot receive two discharges in the same…
