In July, 1931, appellant was in the employ of the Highway Trailer Company located at Edgerton, Wisconsin, under a contract providing' for an annual salary of $7,200. The contract was for one year starting June 20, 1930. No change was made as to salary at the end of the first-year period. However, appellant desired another connection, and was anxious to get located in Milwaukee.
