Reversing.

Plaintiff, J. D. Bicliardson, brought this action against the Cincinnati, New Orleans & Texas Pacific Bailway Company, Morgan Crane and Zay Sims, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been due to their negligence. The jury returned a verdict in his favor, against the railway company and Morgan Crane, its engineer, for the sum of $8,750. From the judgment predicated thereon, the railway company and Crane appeal.
