DECISION AND ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT

On May 24, 2006, Wayne Demar (the “debtor” or “Demar”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. On August 21, 2006, Carolyn Schaefer (“Schaefer” or “plaintiff’) filed an adversary proceeding seeking to have her claim against the debtor declared non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2), 523(a)(ll), 523(a)(19) and 727(a)(6).
